Let flygons be flygons

You know, for some reason, I have a lot of respect for fast pokes. No, not the generic fast normal types (ex. Lopunny), but pokemon that I'm convinced are fast, even if their stats say otherwise. 
For example, the show treated dragonite like it was SUPER SPEEDY, especially in the orange islands, where NO ONE was faster, but in the games, it speed is just average.

Porygon Z is one of those pokemon. I saw a thing that convinced me it was really fast, but, like charizard, it's only average. But it's still a great poke. Adaptability+STAB+tri attack is great. It used to be the only special attacker that could 2Hit KO Blissey. Used to be.

Flygon is actually above average for speed. I'm not saying it's incredibly fast because it's not, but, as usual, something happened to make me believe it is. 

Well that's the meaningless rambles. If you want a fast poke, get a deoxys speed or mega aerodacytl or ninjask or something (Or a dugtrio! )
